That you might pass out during a panic attack is actually not true. You're blood pressure is high when you have a panic attack and you usually pass out from low blood pressure. The reason you feel dizzy is because you're hyperventilating and you get to much oxygen in your blood. If you try to breath normally, or in a paper bag, the dizziness will go away. Just wanted to say that in case there is someone who have a fear of passing out during an attack.

all you have to do is realize that they cant hurt you at all and start doin somthing that you like...or just quit fearing them THERE NOT SCARY IF YOU KNOW THEY CANNOT HURT YOU IN ANY WAY..they just make you feel funny and trip out ...i feel 100% better and the panic attacks are so minor that they go away pretty much when they start...DONT THINK OF THEM AT ALL... ITS ALL IN YOUR HEAD... YOU WILL NOT HAVE THEM IF THERE NOT SCARY 2 YOU... i did it and it totally works TRUST ME

man i was high as fuck on maryjane the other day and i started trippin out...at first i thought it was weed but then i really started trippin..4 no reason...then the past 4 days i couldent sleep and kept getting the same feeling ..i love smokin weed so i had jus a lil toke 2 calm myself and i really started fuckin trippin just like the first time...i thought i was going to have a heart attack and die or puke or stop breathing all at once it was totally fucked and i was scared as shit

that seems to help me to. talking to friends online or something. but then if i get even just a second of thinking about worrying i will get an attack and then get more panicked that i am having one and can't control it. i feel like this fear and anxiety is taking over my life. but there is a youtube video made by charles on anxiety, panic attacks, ocd, ect. has helped so much and given me hope. great video btw. and i wish everyone the best on getting over your problems
Yeah talking definetly helps..its when alone with my thoughts i usually get the anxiety....thats when the negativity kicks in...or if im out of my comfort zone...Thanks i wish you the best also..hope your well.

Hey there.. When you get stressed u start 2 shallow breathe which causes your chest muscles to spasm - this seems so much like a heart attack. I used to think that I was dying but now I challenge my chest pains... unfortunately it takes time to beat it. Death is inevitable & neither u nor I have any control over when it will happen.
