溝口派一刀流（一刀流溝口派）は、一刀流剣術の流れを組む一派であり、会津に伝わる剣術「会津五流」のひとつに数えられています。
組太刀「左右転化出身之秘太刀」は、溝口派一刀流に伝わる７つの秘伝のうち、現在まで伝えられている唯一のものであり、戦後初めて一般に公開されました。
"Mizoguchi Ha Ittoh-ryu" is one of the "Ittoh-ryu" kenjutsu style.
"Sayu tenka demi no hitachi" is the last one of the secret art that remains now.
