yes, it's very similar. well, at least we understand the spanish, despite some of them say they don't undestand us.. lol.
We, peplo who speak portuguese, understand a little that spanish, but We can to understant somethings well;

Good subject, but you should at least inform that it's the Brazilian Portuguese and not the European one, it makes a huge difference, nor only in terms of accent, but very much in the grammar part..
