OMG. Portugueses se acham os detentores da cultura " correcta ". Variante regional nao e' sinal de pobreza cultural. Pobreza cultural e' esse preconceito linguistico lusitano. "Lingua pura lusitana" Daqui a pouco estarão a defender a raça pura portuguesa tal qual Hitler. hahahaha Preconceituosos de merda. ainda bem que pedimos independencia.

yes, it's very similar. well, at least we understand the spanish, despite some of them say they don't undestand us.. lol.

yes.. but if you learn the portuguese from Portugal and Africa accent, you will undertand spanish even better.

Good subject, but you should at least inform that it's the Brazilian Portuguese and not the European one, it makes a huge difference, nor only in terms of accent, but very much in the grammar part..
