it doesnt matter where he was born, it matter where he was at, and where his heart was at, and who he was riding with when all that beef was goin down, he was riding with the WEST COAST L.A. side, so thats why he is really considered a WEST COAST rapper

My point is 2Pac was as influential in the east as he was in the west. His rap works anytime anywhere.

well, you didnt read carefully, everybody in that category represented the NEWYORK RAP ERA, TUPAC represented the L.A. WEST COAST RAP ERA. and TUPAC'S L.A. rap era was the early 1990's, but i wasnt explaining the L.A. WEST COAST RAP ERA'S, i wasnt breaking down the NEW YORK RAP ERA'S thru the years, understand now??
