Well, i dont think this is viking metal either. Viking metal for me is something like bathory, amon amarth etc. This music, although good, is not anything like viking metal. Sounds more like power metal to me. But who cares, its metal enjoy.

im sure that manowar are not viking metal, their most recent album is just the first in a series that will be about different war gods, and if you read about manowars ideas the strongest one is that they want no part in all these off shoots and want to play true metal
