I love NatGeo, but this narrator is awfully annoying. He seems to do all my favorite clips on youtube.

With all due respect, American documentaries have absolutely terribly narration! Always so dumbed down and patronising. It's as though they think the viewers have the mental age of 12 years olds. I'd be really pissed off if I was an American!

It's interesting to hear the difference. Our Nature narrators are extremely British, aren't they? Very proper and reserved.
The Americans are like this guy, like they are narrating a nature show for 8 year olds.
And your guys are very Australian!:-) Off their heads, running around, dead excitable, "this beast that has it's jaws open around my neck is the most dangerous, violent and poisonous of creatures, isn't he a beaut!?" - said with a huge smile on his excited face! Aussies are ace!:-)
