RH was very progressive in their music and recording techniques, You have to appreciate them for how they're meant. Dredg creates more or an atmosphere with their music and it's meant to be listened too as a whole since their albums are concept albums. Neither RH or Dredg is flat out better than the other, they simply provide a different experience based on how they create their music. Some people like it, some don't...

I'm only checking these guys out because my friend just saw them live. I'm not impressed and for people to compare them to Radiohead is infuriating! Radiohead owns this band without a doubt, but whatever people all over the place love shitty music.... obviously.

Can't believe you guys are debating Radiohead and dredg. In another vid thread, someone said dregd reminded them of Tool. These are all great bands. Their commonalities are that they all make great music and each have a unique sound. But it's criminal dregd aren't as well known. Maybe now they will be. Another unique band that deserves more recognition is Mew...

one of the greatest albums of the last 10 years. easily.
i hate it when you cant post videos from youtube. makes me think much less of the record label. it helps promote the band if we can post it on facebook/myspace...it doesnt make much sense.
