what there was only one manual in all of China? How about oral teachings? the most effective stuff was never written down. it was passed down thru the family to ensure it would not end up in the wrong hands

yi jin jing has two versions, external muscle tedons development & internal energy, this is the internal one, called yijinjing CHiKung,

Take a look at Dr Yang Jwing Ming's book about Yi Jin Jing. It remains based upon the legend but...still interesting Anyway each form is pretty valuable, both static (12 postures) and dynamic (this vid)

Hello, It's too bad you're in San Diego , I use to live there. I now live in Las Vegas. I'm a begginer in GiGong and I will be starting on Monday. Can you give me some pointers of how many times a day I should practice? Do you have to be a master in order to heal yourself? I'm using this as a preventative medicine. I had breast cancer and I've read allot of wonderful things about Tai chi and Gigong. I'm looking for a doctor who knows about herbs too.. Any advice ? I love your videos! Thanks -
