Thomas Jefferson founded the University of Virginia with the intent that all could receive a UNIVERSITY education if they so chose. it had never been fully realized, but it was/IS a NOBLE goal.

Education implies high school, not college. And universities are private enterprises who charge people admission. The government making them not charge is called communism.
