Though the authors of H.R. 1955 would likely deny that the bill could be used to crack down on free speech and legitimate political opposition, the talking heads on the main stream networks have made it very clear that they would like this kind of legislation to do just that.
Can H.R. 1955 be used to silence the voices of dissent? Let's have a look.

The United States is no longer a country whose ideals serve as a beacon. The apathy of its people allows for its government to destroy their rights.
We are no longer a country anyone can be proud of. I am ashamed to be an American. Anyone who disagress is likely ignorant or traitorous in their stubborn held on belief that no longer applies to the actions of their delegated leaders.
If we fail to exercise freedom of speech, fail to demand the truth, then we have failed God & Country. Our military personnel put their lives at stake to defend the Freedoms America stands for, the least we can do is excersize the rights Patriots died to provide. Homeland Security is oblivious they are executing a diabolical agenda under the guise of protecting America and the Constitution they are actually destroying both. Who replaced "America" with "Homeland"?
