Try this: When you go to a different horse, turn off the camera til you find your new shot, then frame it. THEN turn the camera back on. It's editing, inside the camera.
When you pan REALLY fast from one to the other, I get seasick. You might also consider bringing the zoom back to you, not so tight on the horses; we don't know what your place looks like. It'd help to set the scene.
