The song in the video is the (7" Body & Soul Mix) version, which can be found on her 2004 Greatest Hits album.

Not a big fan of her music... this is a cute little sugar coated song with religious undertones... BUT MY GOD IS SHE BEAUTIFUL! She even looks better now!

The book is "Shyness: What it is, What to do About it", by Philip Zimbardo, which, oddly, I was reading around the time of the video (but didn't spot it here back then). Zimbardo famously placed Stanford University students (as "guards") in charge of others ("prisoners") The "guards" became SO sadistic, and the "prisoners" SO passive, that the experiment had to be curtailed. Later, Zimbardo testified in defence of an Abu Gharib warden, based on what he concluded in the Stanford experiment.
