Singapore is one of Asia's wealthiest economies, attracting migrant workers from across the region.
But many of those workers are women who are forced to work in the sex trade due to growing poverty caused by the global economic downturn.

If she want to earn money from Singapore thats the only lazy way to do it, or else any ladies from over want a proper job in Singapore wait for the locals have proper jobs first and then its your turn. Number of jobless citizens in Singapore have increased despite more and more foreigner snatching jobs from the locals. If you love your own country stays in your own country and stop coming into Singapore and rob the locals finacial needs.

I know--it's a vicious cycle.
But, your comment about her being Filipina was unnecessary since she sought asylum in the Phillipine embassy and is therefore obviously a Filipino. I thought that was obvious, so I was pointing out the redundancy of your statement.
