This was in 2007. By the end of 2008 (which was yesterday), we had about 55 in. in one month. We're not used to that! Most of the snow came down in 2 days!

tjk, maybe Marquette had an "off" year so far, but Houghton MI had 108 inches by Dec.31 2008 :)

Yes, the U.P. usually gets a lot more snow. Down here in the L.P. we've had storm after storm, & we're not used to that. We still get lots of snow, of course, but we're not used to 4 ft. in one month. You're used to it! You're brave for living in the U.P.! I'm not sure I could live up there (I would go crazy, lol).

Wow, I live in Ozaukee Wisconsin, and we got 13 inches that day, check my video out of the snow we got.

Well, the date kinda got me too. Not because the # of views---but I thought it was this year because there has been a lot of lake effect snow in southwest lower Michigan...LOL!
