I agree, it's shocking though how so many companies don't bother with any of this though, 'traditional marketing' still has some juice left i'd say. (i live in the UK)

Seth Godin is a genius marketer and his speeches are so valuable and inspirational. Every time I listen to his speech or read his book it makes me want to sell something ;D I don't understand some people like the dude who wrote a comment "He keeps talking without saying anything, really. Hope they didn't pay for that! :-/"... :) Anyway. Thank you Google for sharing this with us :)
