THANKS! I can soooo do this! I was going to pay way too much money for the tutus needed as party favors at my daughter's birthday party. Instead, I'll save some money and make my own. Thanks again.

Thanks for this video, I'm def. going to try to make it for my daughter. I tried making one 2 yrs. ago, but the directions weren't clear and it was a big mess.

Thank you so much for posting this. My Christmas tutu for my 2 year old came out perfect. Really cute, and she loves it. I wanted to share a tip if I could... It was taking me awhile fumbling with the ribbon and tying it on, etc. I tied it loose around my own waist and then attached them that way. That way I had both hands free to just deal with the tulle and not worry about the ribbon. Thanks again!!!

That is a great idea, sometimes I tie the ends to two chairs or something else that has two poles.
