British actor Toby Jones takes on the daunting task of playing the essential American writer Truman Capote in Infamous, which is a slightly different take on the flamboyant writer's life than Capote starring Philip Seymour Hoffman. Toby took painstaking voice lessons repositioning his tongue to get Capote's unique vocal quality down.

calm down people; it's just a movie. did any of us make money from it or lose money from making it, NO!! and looking more like a actual person does help the audience relate to the character more.

I just saw Infamous. And no way he should've won an Oscar. Looking like him and being a similar height is not acting..

yes. although she doesnt care. the only thing they were trying to drive home with this movie is that he was homosexual, and most likely thats all the viewers wanted to see.
