cebu provincial detention and rehabhilitation center. the p is not for preventive. cpdrc is a provincial jail which is separate from the cebu city jail called the bagong buhay rehabilitation center. bagong buhay literally translate as new life.

When you see these videos,it seems really great that prisoners have something else to do in jail.Only if you knew the truth
