of course it is ... it's ridiculous how much rap and ... whatever you'd classify Rihanna/Beyonce as ... steals from older music.
The Neptunes and Timbaland are some of the few people who can manage to make their own music, most everything else is just ripping off something someone else did.

A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner.
