Does anyone know how much it costs to buy a home with a garden on Madeira??? :)
I've heard the island has the mildest climate in Europe. How hot it gets in the summer there???

homes are pretty expensive there, if you mean a detatched home with a garden. i could ask my friends a exact price for u. the hottest it gets in the summer is like 25 degrees c. and the lowest is like 16-18 ....its so great there!

Thank You for answering:) Yes, I ment a detatched or semi-detatched, not necessarily big, house with a garden. (like 1-2 bedroom(s)+ livingroom and bathroom, kitchen). It would be nice of You to ask your friends although I'm not buying - my parents plan to do it but not this year.
BTW pedrokas1988 replied to me that in Funchal the temperature reaches 38 degrees Celsius
