During my short rock climbing stint, I made the mistake of focusing on using my arms instead of my legs. While your arms are very important, you mostly use them for balance and finding a grip. Once you find a good step, you push yourself up with your legs instead of pulling yourself up with you arms.So if your legs are strong already you should be in great shape! :)

i also have tony horton to thank. he's a big fitness guru i am sure you've heard of. i tried his p90x dvds and i have to say, i NEVER thought i could do that stuff. it's killer! but well worth the time and effort.

Would you show someone with a big belly,{a belly that had a shelf to it) doing crunches, leg lifts and other exercises that can help someone with "Dun Lap Syndrome". I would like to see what people with big bellys can do.
