You videos are very helpful. Right now I'm watching them since I have forgotten some of my pattern (shame on me) My father was recently in a motorcycle accident and I had to stay home and take care of him rather than go out to practice. Thank you so much for putting these up.

thanks the video was great help bcause iv just double graded thank alot
its confusing but ITF are trained differently and do stuff differently for e.g in ITF tournements you get points for blocking

it was 1 point for a 'perfect block', which is a block that knocks your opponent off balance open to be countered. don't think they use that anymore due to the notion that someone could win by continuously blocking and not attacking
I've been hunting round YouTube for TKD videos and these are the best I've found for what I need. They are exactly as my ITF instructors teach me these patterns, so ideal for refining my technique.
I graded to green belt two weeks ago and this weekend was in a patterns competition where I had to do Won Hyo in contest 12 days after learning it for the first time. I used this video a lot while practising at home, it was invaluable. As I managed to get a bronze medal, I owe you great thanks!

Alot of the older instructers do the ITF hyungs different then this peleador. This is the newer style ITF tuls. The old style does not do the rising before every punch. And when they go to the back they dont do the scooping movement they just side block.
