Nice comments, but really, this isn't that hard to do, and no it's not a world record, and yes it sounds like shit on a guitar. Your essentially holding your arm in a certain position, and stressing your forearm muscle so that it causes your hand to shake, if your holding it at the right angle, it will move at a wide enough angle to strum a guitar. Again, not hard to do, have done it myself, but never thought to put up a video claiming to be a record holder like a douchebag..
