there's something tres weird with this whole story. . .
for an 8 yar old he has an awesome aliby....not...do you seriously think an 8 year old could shoot a gun??do you think an 8 year old is smart enough to think of such a great aliby...leave the fucking kid alone...why would he shoot his dad and how couldher shoot his dad..i remember 3rd grade..i wasnt even half smart enought to kill my did and establish such an aliby..hell i doubt i could now and im 14...
The police officers need to be investigated, this child was abused into confessing. I think either the police or his grandmother shot the men.

The boy's constitutonal rights were violated first of all.Where was his attorney?No other close relatives were notified since his parents are dead?I think he was pressured into a confession so that he could just get it over with.

Damn dats messed up. an 8 yr old in juvie. dats so sad. i dont think he did it but to all those people who say an 8 yr old cant plan a murder, ur wrong. by the time i was 8 i made several plans 2 kill my father. i just never did it
the 8 yr old didn't kill two grown men. The investigators brainwashed him into saying he did it!! think about it. Besides he wasn't sounding nervous or stuttering while telling the investigators that he came home frm school and found his dad dead. An 8 yr old cannot plan a murder, especially on grown adults that could have easily stopped him.
the boy did not kill his father..leave hoim alone!! the investigators brainwashed the kid into saying he did it, they tricked him into admitting to something he didnt do. poor kid.
