Thirteen-year-old ballet dancer Daniel Pirie performing on Britain's Got Talent 2008.
Amanda describes Daniel as the show's Billy Elliot after his performance to Electricity from the Billy Elliot musical.
Daniel, who is from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, says, "Dancing is who I am. It's not just a hobby, it's my life."
Daniel's mum Jackie was a professional dancer herself until an accident four years ago left her disabled.

ive seen better... but ive seen worse. This guy is almost like me. Im a ballet dancer, im 13, my mom was a dancer, and i auditioned for Billy Eliot and almost got in.
He chose very appropriate music, even before he started the dance when he said he is a dancer, I said "wow I could see him as Billy Eliot" and then i heard the music and there you go!
To the mum: I just learned from listening just about a million times songs of Julio Iglesias how to stylize any sensory/atmosphere impression to kind of "word" (somewhat like he does in his singing) so that any movement forms a kind of motion poem, besides teaches you to see the song like qualities in life! Try it, nothing to lose, everything to gain. I am not especially fit myself at the moment, so I guess that anyone could physically learn it.

Yeah, I'm a ballerina too (no lie)...it is weird..bahaha..And it's creepy how easily he got into that split as well, right? XD
