no she is saying that she is addicted to someone thats what the part were she says "just one more hit i promise i can deal with it and quit it"its like drugs. your like ill do it just one more time to get me through this and then ill quit it.

She's addicted to someone but uses "drug" as a metaphor for that person. If you've ever been in love or had emotional attachments to someone, then you'll know what she means by drug. AND she says "it's like you're a drug" so she's saying she's "addicted" to someone like they're an addictive drug

dude's, the idea of the drugs in her song is a metaphor for how complicated love can be your attached to somebody, hence why she's addicted.
