Its not just a comparison to a third world country. That was not the issue u brought up. We are concerned with payment of taxes. The country is irrelevant but points out what could possibly happen when you don't have to pay taxes.
My last try; English is NOT my language so I won't reply any more. In the Universe forces are balancing each other so in order to stop one force (the "negative" state) you would need an equally strong opposite (positive, individual psychic power) force to bring it to a stop. I say it because I use it in some extension (being a Taoist guy)...etc; unfortunately there's no place here to leave detailed explanations...but I'm with you in your thirst after greater freedom! Oh man, and what if the evil state guy uses the same power to dissolve your eyeballs? Get back to reality mate, even if it were possible, it wouldn't help.
I was just thinking that if a robber (the state) points a gun toward me demanding my money/labour etc. then - as the nice, moral guy lol - I could use brainpower to dissolve the molecule binding of the steel (weapon) rendering it USELESS by pulverising it! It's just one creative use of higher abilities; one could use it for defence etc. I also believe that we desperately need something like that in order to be able to say "NO!" Otherwise the "state" will NEVER give up the goal to enslave us!

i'm not sure if it's done on purpose but the narrator for this video in some sections uses the same Tone of Voice as Morpheus explaining things to Neo lol .....breaking in and OWNING...human FARMS
Allright, I never seen any plausible proof of the things you mention, but just for the sake of argument, lets assume we have a society with people who DO have this sort of powers. Then it would give them a definite advantage- over people WITHOUT those powers. Who's saying the guys in power won't have them? And if they do, we're back at point zero, or worse. But damn, it still would be cool to know what that hot chick next door thinks of me... Or not really...
From my experience, its exactly what you need to do. People WILL NOT listen willingly to ANYTHING that puts them out of their comfort zone, untill NOT listening becomes subjectively more painfull than listening, OR the things you say stop being painfull to listen to. Mainstream media simply capitalize on this tendency of humans for intellectual conformity by setting "standards" of thought and ideals. Anything going against those standards is rejected out of hand, labeled as insane, etc.
I'm dead serious! Even animals have some supersenses/ESP so that they can detect EQs in advance etc.
My point is that we would need those psychical powers in order to balance the suppressive powers from our crazy governments!
