He was a moke with a big heart. A hui hou bruddah! A tribute to Bruddah IZ - Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, a favorite son of Hawaii whose music brought joy to millions the world over. While IZ had recorded a version of "Over The Rainbow", this version is unique in that it features a medley of both "Over The Rainbow" and "What a Wonderful World." We chose to get married in Hawaii and we heard this song the first night we were out walking around. We loved it so much it was the song we chose for our first dance as Husband and Wife. It was also the last song I listended to before going into the hospital for our first child. This is my favorite song. Thanks IZ for your love.
