The movie makes him out to be a bastard. But his father actually died of an illness and he was actually Ceasar for a good number of years before he died as well. But yes his character in this movie was really a bastard to say the least

I can't get enough of this song in whatever language it is. It's the most amazing movie right up there with Braveheart and Last Samurai. Gorgeous music. Muahh!!

It's one of those rare films that will remain just as enjoyable for decades as it has been since its release! I only wish they made more films of such high quality!!
Such imagery! Incredible attention to detail combined with breathtaking special effects, too! FANTASTIC!
Then there is the music, such as this wonderful song! Using Lisa Gerrard was a WONDERFUL decision! Her talents are beyond words...as is this movie!
