and how do you plan to do all this without getting electrocuted? the human body isnt meant to be a conductor. it can be, but you could die. wally and barry were both struck by lightning and doused with chemicals. so what do you plan on doing? how do you plan to acquire these powers without turning out extra crispy?
sorry to break it to ypu but Barry and Wally were never struck by lightning they were only doused with chemicals you may be thinking of Bart Alllen who was struck by lightning
