i had trouble swallowing pills when i was younger too..I always have this 'choking sensation' every time i took a pill.

I am still like that with vitamins! It takes me a very long time to take them... Sometimes all the coating wears off and then I have to try and swallow some gravely feeling thing UHGGG! Loved the vid!
