Byron Katie's work has helped me in my life, and she's made literally ZERO dollars off me. I don't want to do her favors either.
You can get everything you need off of her website, and other place on the internet. check torrents.

Yep. in all this time igotschooled, I can't help but think the "old fashioned idiot" tag still applies.

Byron looks differently at people because she has compassionate way of seeing. This is how people with open hearts look at other people.

I was a little put off by the 'very unusual' closeness with which they were sitting, invading each other's space... I mean, if they were about start having sex or something it would make sense, but for a intellectual talk, just a little disturbing, in a way I cant explain... :/

Hey, Byron always leans in toward the person she is talking to. This conveys closeness.

Maybe Im just not as emotionally balanced, but would be very uncomfortable...
Hi igotschooled: I have a judgement that you're an old fashioned idiot. So far I have not been able to find a turnaround. I'll keep you posted.

Hey Iam: not really sure how to respond to this. My first thought was "thanks for the vituperative snark, it's really common among Katieheads and those with advaita pretensions". But then I reconsidered: if there' even a tiny genuine impulse towards understanding self and reality I should probably respond. An initial zero experience doesn't necessarily improve behavior, but if you do get serious about, as the Tibetans say, "the conduct and the view", please do keep me posted. Thanks.
I've been serious about 'right view' and the Tibetan traditions for some time "schooled." Thanks anyway. And I wouldn't trust someone not hip to Katies clarity
