She's pretty, but at the end of the day she's only a Bollywood actress, and all Bollywood films are badly acted, over-the-top CRAP, with the exception of 'Sholay', which isn't too bad.
Ash represents classical India, a country which has all climatic conditions and can grow 90% of world food items with 60% arable land with 1 billion ppl. So good food and speaking with lots of people make them more communicable.
