you are right about that i hate experian they suck they help the person who committed the fraud even when the person has pleaded guilty. i just dont get it . they want get one cent from me. if experian was on fire i wouldnt piss on them to put them out.

I feel bad for the customer service rep. That lady is an unyielding bitch and keeps repeating herself. It's just job. And yeah, people should read the fine print before they commit to anything. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
