An entry level Warwick or Peavey bass would probably be the best choice. They have really good spec despite the low price range :)

warwick arent cheap. warwick rockbasses are but obviously not same quality.

That's why I said entry level. A lot of beginners wouldn't know the difference between a standard Warwick and the rockbass series.

I wish I could play the guitar, I'm trying to learn it through youtue but it is so confusing

That's a rough question to ask, it's 100% opinional. The guitar has a lot more options for what you can do, and is definitely the more noticeable instrument in a band in most cases, but it's more complex to learn as it has 6 strings as opposed to 4. However, a lot of guitar playing is based off of chords, while bass playing tends to be more moving of a melody, so it's more difficult to sing and play at once. As for acoustic/electric guitar difference, that's 100% opinional as well. Hard to say.

Thanks for you'r opinion, nice of you to say, I really wanna' play the guitar but It's so hard for me, I'm an awkward learner..

its hard for everybody when you start..Joe Satriani would have found it tough when he first picked it up...Tom Morello gave up guitar for a few years because it was too hard. If i were you i would definately get proper guitar lessons...really helpful to have someone to show you what to do rather than tell you through a video...or a friend who plays. Don't be discouraged though, you'll get it :)
