whats a firebird, gibson or a fender? sounds like a les paul. how come more players didn'tm play this, sounds incredible!

clapton said in the past that there is a picture of a wall that's spray painted 'clapton is god', and a dog is pissing on it- he thought that about summed it up, he was/is a humble down to earth blues man. I think even an atheist would have to admit if there was a god, it's because clapton ( and mozart) would be proof. think this is the farewell concert at royal albert hall in '68? they went out on top

Yeah, where I came from we weren't that enthusiastic about Cream either - but we used to spray paint 'Clapton is St Anthony of Padua' on the walls as a compromise.

claptons solo explodes at the the break, they dont play like this anymore. no more guitar gods or heroes, they only live on video games now...
