No, the private market is far and away more ethical than government: Attacking the free market brings us closer and closer to the evils of fascism. All the great massacres have been carried out by governments. If you think corporations are "psychopathic", boy, you have not thought much about history. So yes, people who risk my safety and well-being by looking to hamper the economy and give more power to an already terribly powerful goverment are sick---so I curse them.

To MetaMorphy, Calling the people who made this excellent and informative film "fuckers" shows just what kind of mentality you have. The state is the only thing that can keep corporations in check since it made the laws that let the corporations do the sick things they do. The state must regulate corporations or we're all fucked. By the way, have you actually seen this movie?

Bet these fuckers are never going to come out with the sequel: The state. Only a state is capable of putting millions to death and of starting world wars; yet they want to invoke its power to cure every ill in our lives and keep corporations in check. Frankly, this is like letting out a serial killer to curb a schoolyard bully.

Governments are the ones who can increase regulation to keep corporations in check. THAT is why we look to them. Unfortunately, joining the WTO tied the US governments hands in possibly adding regulations, and often in return for campaign contributions, a party will deregulate when it comes into power. The Republicans are especially known for this.

see now THIS is a good documentary. after dabbling in pure absurdities like "zietgiest" and "endgame", its good to find people who actually know what theyre talking about.
