If you put &fmt=22 at the end of the URL it looks awesome but it does not work on some videos because they don't have the right settings.
Bit Rate - 5856 or higher
Frame Rate - 23.976 for animated videos and for others its just 25
Frame Size needs to be - 1280 x 720
It works for me.
Programs I use are sony vegas Pro 8.0 but mostly Virtual Dub.
